Preserves

Our preserves pack the tastiness and essence of fresh produce into every jar. We offer a rich variety of mushrooms in oil, ranging from porcini and moss mushrooms to the yellow sheathed woodtuft. No less delicious are our vegetables in oil: chillies stuffed with capers and anchovies, chillies with tuna and the unmistakable Trentino red radicchio. Each preserve is a flavour journey, prepared with passion and dedication.
